Sarah is grateful for her experience abroad and the ability to share her own deeper sense of awareness, acceptance and compassion learned from her travels in the east, with her students in the west.
Jean-Bernard Lazaro sees yoga as a way to become a human being and sees the body as the most outer part of the brain. During the practice breath is a key point to monitor the relation of the body with the mind. Nurturing the entire self adequately through the use of breath, asanas and concentration produces a powerful practice, which in turn brings peace and joy. his classes are vigorous and challenging, mixing tradition and creativity. The open level concept gives to each student from beginners to more advanced practitioners the opportunity to enter asanas (postures) at different levels according to where they are in their practice. It is recommended to rest whenever needed and to let aside any competitive mind.
