Backbending Workshop

Take your yoga practice to the next level with Amy’s
master class series. Each advanced level master class
will have a specific theme that builds up to peak
poses. You will learn proper alignment in more
advanced postures while enjoying the music and flow of
Amy’s signature Vinyasa style of yoga. Those ready to
move forward in their practice will enjoy these
challenging classes.

This session will focus on backbends. Backbends have
many amazing benefits. They open the emotional heart,
energize the body, and improve posture. But, if done
incorrectly, can cause injury to the spine, wrists and
shoulders. Amy will take you deeper into your
backbends in a safe and subtle way.

Ignite Your Digestive Fire
with Taryn and Brittany

Join Taryn and Brittany as they guide you through an afternoon to detox the belly and fire up the digestive system as the warm weather approaches!  
The sisters will you show how to light your digestive fire (agni) and clean out the stomach with some sweaty vinyasa to purify the body, deep uddiyana bandha exercises, as well as detoxifying poses and techniques you can use on your own. This workshop will take you on a journey through your core while using chanting and sound to unlock emotional stress within the body. Leave feeling emotionally lighter, detoxified and more connected to your core. Instructions on an optional mild cleansing routine will be given for the week leading up to the workshop to really get the system roaring and prepared.
