Introduction to the Fundamentals of Mat Pilates

Join NEY Pilates Instructor Jenn Phelan for this informative workshop that will take you back to the root of classical Pilates. This workshop will focus on learning the benefits of each mat exercise while breaking down and breathing through movements.
Whether you are a new or seasoned student- everyone can benefit. We will focus on doing each exercise correctly with precision and intent, for maximum results.
